Every Christian is called to care for people, share the gospel, and make disciples of Christ. But the calling to Pastoral ministry is one that God calls specific people to. That they would help lead and steward His church in a particular area. I am thankful that God calls imperfect people to pastoral ministry. He chooses to use us to build and lead His church, what a great honor it is to serve Him in that way. For me, I felt called at around 12 or 13 years old; I got very involved in my local church, which was Mid-Cities Church. Myself and members of my family gave our lives to Christ and saw great change in our lives. I think that sparked a passion to serve the Church. I also loved my local church; I found great friends at my church, I was discipled by great people in my church, and I was called to leadership by the church. This is why I would say the Church is so important to us. It can be the place of community, growth, and even the place where you learn how to lead and mature as a person. So probably around 13 years old, I felt called to ministry, and over

For years I had pastors and leaders confirm that calling on my life. Since then I have had one plan, and that was to be in ministry, build God’s kingdom, and love my family and friends well. Early in my start in ministry, I realized that God had given me a passion and a gift to preach and to lead. So I have spent lots of time growing as a leader and as a preacher. But that also came with a lot of character growth, humbling moments and experiences, and plenty of correction and learning from great leaders and pastors who were ahead of me and helped pour into my life. This has to be your journey, your mom, dad, or whoever raised you has their own. My wife is from Honduras and we met in college. We have been married for almost two years now, and I am thankful I chose someone who supports me but also helps me be a better person. Isabella loves Jesus, and because of that, she loves me so well. I feel like nowadays, many young adults are running away from marriage, which I think is a mistake, especially if you find someone who loves God and loves you and is committed to marriage as well. And I understand maybe that is happening because of fear of commitment or maybe because you didn’t see a great marriage growing up. For some, it might be because of independence. And I also know for some that marriage isn’t a desire and there’s nothing wrong with that. However, it feels like nowadays marriage is something people push back on for whatever reason they have, and I would just encourage people to run towards marriage! If you found the right partner and you love them, then commit! For the men, take that step of faith, get a ring, and propose. Marriage of course has its hard moments, but God has so many beautiful things for those who put their trust in him.
[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_image src=”https://www.thedailyfaithmag.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/470050562_606491758440834_6871637288593086708_n.jpeg” title_text=”Aaron Morales” _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_image][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”Benne||||||||” global_colors_info=”{}”]
“God will use our marriages for His glory if we let him. I will say a few rhythms that are helpful for me; 1. Talking to God as often as I can. For me, this usually happens in my car, but it can be anywhere. Take 5-10 minutes and share what you are thankful for, share the needs you have, and ask God to do miracles for his glory and to use you how he chooses. 2. Be generous. In all things, be as generous as you can with your time, finances, talents, and effort. Ask God who He would like you to serve or help. God wants to use us, but life is not all about us. And when we are generous, we allow God to humble us but also to use us for his glory.
[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]
Aaron Moroles

“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Matthew 6:33

It is a reminder that as we seek Christ he is always faithful to provide everything needed.

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_image src=”https://www.thedailyfaithmag.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/IMG_6007-2-scaled.jpg” title_text=”The Daily Faith Mag” _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_image][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=”1″ _builder_version=”4.26.0″ _module_preset=”default” border_width_all=”2px” border_color_all=”#9e9e9e” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_2,1_2″ _builder_version=”4.26.0″ _module_preset=”default” background_color=”#FFFFFF” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.26.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_social_media_follow _builder_version=”4.26.0″ _module_preset=”default” text_orientation=”center” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_social_media_follow_network social_network=”facebook” _builder_version=”4.26.0″ _module_preset=”default” background_color=”#3b5998″ global_colors_info=”{}” follow_button=”off” url_new_window=”on”]facebook[/et_pb_social_media_follow_network][et_pb_social_media_follow_network social_network=”pinterest” url=”https://pin.it/5o5UFnprN” _builder_version=”4.26.0″ _module_preset=”default” background_color=”#cb2027″ global_colors_info=”{}” follow_button=”off” url_new_window=”on”]pinterest[/et_pb_social_media_follow_network][et_pb_social_media_follow_network social_network=”instagram” url=”https://www.instagram.com/thedailyfaithmag?igsh=dGdqb245MWlyc3pu” _builder_version=”4.26.0″ _module_preset=”default” background_color=”#ea2c59″ global_colors_info=”{}” follow_button=”off” url_new_window=”on”]instagram[/et_pb_social_media_follow_network][/et_pb_social_media_follow][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.26.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]
Written by: Editor Monita Harrison Garcia

Copyrights ©The Daily Faith Magazine LLC

Contact Info mail@thedailyfaithmag.com
[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

In the summer of 2022, on a Sunday morning at church, a young man walked on stage with his Bible and approached the podium.
